*Lots of TIE-fighters returning to the half a Death Star. This is not the first Death Star being repaired.
*[[Ben Burtt]] (sound effects) adds a lot to this movie and make Star Wars special. No other movie came close to these sound effects.
*The TIE-fighter sound is a roaring lion (or elephant) mixed with a car driving down a wet road mixed with something else.
*The revelation that the Emperor is sitting in the top of the spire on the Death Star. A nice camera shot of the Death Star.
*C-3PO complains again; why is C-3PO on the mission? It turns out in a later minute that its very lucky that he is on the mission.
*Imagining C-3PO in camouflage.
*Are the personalities of all "C" protocol droids like C-3PO or are they different?
*The first time we see a spaceship go to light speed. The ship just vanishes - a cheap effect.
*Han Solo is dazed in this minute. Leia has to tap him awake.

*The character of Darth Vader came together really well. It could have been really silly.
*David Prowse was never actually seen on screen. This doesn't seem very fair.

*Doug finds the Emperor and his whole story unnecessarily complicated. The first movie was good versus bad and very simple to follow. Now there's two tiers of villainy and complications which are not really explained by the prequels.
*Are any prequels good? The musical Wicked doesn't work because it was all a dream in Wizard of Oz anyway. How can you recreate a dream world?
*Will there be a sequel to the Wizard of Oz or its spin-offs?
*Zach Braff and what people think of him now after the crowd-funded movie Garden State.
*Natalie Portman as an actor.
*Harrison Ford got out of Star Wars as the one and only cool guy / actor. Even Samuel L Jackson's coolness was hurt by Star Wars.
