This is the Peruvian giant yellow-leg centipede, one of the largest species of centipede alive today. It can reach lengths equal to the Kouhuns from Indoumodo (30 cm/12 in). However, much larger centipedes existed during the Carboniferous Period: Arthropleura reached 2.3 m (7.2 ft) in length.
