MINUTE 12 of The Phantom Menace featuring the proper debut of future political dynamo Jar Jar Binks! Alex made it as a tribute to another cartooning master, Basil Wolverton who did the iconic cover to Mad #11. That cover was a parody of Life Magazine, which was the style at the time.
This was originally a sticker for patreons. Yes, JarJar says “Exqueeze me” about a minute after we first see him!
