With the exception of possible random actors and crew, especially in the prequel era and beyond which Seinfeld predates, and a plot line in the episode The Calzone [http://seincast.libsyn.com/seincast-130-the-calzone] where a guy purposely loses a bet for a dinner with Elaine off of Dustin Hoffman being an actor in a Star Wars film, there aren't any crossovers with Star Wars and Seinfeld, but Williams, as well as his Seincast co-host Vinny, is a huge Star Wars fan, and a fan of the STAR WARS MINUTE podcast as well.  He also frequently runs Seinfeld Trivia Events throughout New York City via the Trivia AD event company.
