Occasionally on the podcast, the hosts or guests employ expletives. However they have moved to clean up their language on recent episodes and to go back and bleep our swearing used in past episodes (see SWMLS) in order to make the podcast more family friendly. Here on the Star Wars Minute Wiki, we will endeavor to follow their example when transcribing quotes and the like. Therefore, it is our policy to a) avoid the quote / item if its not hilarious or crucial and b) if it is, replace the potentially offensive word(s) with another and indicate the replacement. For your reference, a simple barometer for 'hilarious or crucial' is if it still makes me laugh out loud after all this time and / or it makes you lean forward in your seat. See [[Star Wars Minute 97: Bank Robbery at Three O'Clock#Quotes]] for an example of this.

Policy on Blocking

Only administrators can block users. We tend to only block when a user creates a clearly bot-created page, particularly those that link to external sites. We are usually pretty good about blocking spam accounts and deleting any pages they create, but if for some reason we miss out on one, please message one of the admins to let us know and we can handle it.

Policy on foul language

Occasionally on the podcast, the hosts or guests employ expletives. However they have moved to clean up their language on recent episodes and have gone back to bleep out swearing used in past episodes in order to make the podcast more family friendly. Here on the Star Wars Minute Wiki, we will endeavor to follow their example when transcribing quotes and the like. Therefore, it is our policy to a) avoid the quote / item if it is not hilarious or crucial and b) if it is, replace the potentially offensive word(s) with a more PG-rated alternative and indicate the replacement. See Star Wars Minute 97: Bank Robbery at Three O'Clock#Quotes for an example of this. For your reference, a simple barometer for 'hilarious or crucial' is if it still makes you laugh out loud after all this time and / or it makes you lean forward in your seat.
