Is it obvious that the Rebels are the good guys and our friends?
Perhaps the Rebellion is also evil.
The scratching sound on the outside of the blockade runner as it is captured by the Imperial Destroyer. It sounds like a large pet scratching at the door.
How the Stormtroopers board the blockade runner so quickly. Via a special transport TIE fighter? It was nice of the Stormtroopers to enter via a door though.

Stormtrooper armor is a) ineffectual and b) poorly designed. Perhaps it works better in hand-to-hand combat than laser battle.

There were no Rebels in the original run of toys.
As a kid Alex always thought that one of the Rebels (the one that braces himself for the attack) was Princess Leia's father - just because.
According to Wookieepedia, the Stormtroopers (and Vader) arrived via a TIE/br boarding shuttle. This vessel was designed but never built for the movie. The design was later refused for the TIE bomber and Captain Needa's shuttle in The Empire Strikes Back.
